So Wednesday was my WI day, and for the first time in a very long time I had a gain. 1 pound, one pound, uno poundo, it stung I am not going to lie. I have been on such a roll I almost expect to have a loss forever, like somehow I simply CAN’T gain weight. It was a wake up call, and I saw the writing on the wall! I can not give up the good fight, I must press on with full vigor! I feel more alive, and motivated, it was a warning and I shall heed it! Already had a great workout last night, did an hour and felt awesome. I also have a new work out buddy my BIL, so it will be very nice for the accountabill-a-buddy!
Had a great date night with Mrs. 3B tonight! We went and saw Identity Theft and it was AWESOME! We also got to go to the gym, and it was nice to be able to go together since lil 3B was at his Aunts. Last Wednesday’s Weigh In was my lowest non-gain to date, 1.4 pounds, which isn’t bad but my average has been 3.4ish. I made the mistake of expressing my disappointment on the WW 200+ board and got ripped a new one. It hit me hard, and I feel very hurt. They took a previous post about 2 weeks ago where I titled it “I wish for a gain” or something like that. In that post I state how much stress I am feeling from family/friends and myself, I felt like I wanted a gain just to releave that stress. People twisted it into me saying I want a gain because I am loosing to fast ect. and missed what I was truly saying. I felt betrayed when they started using that against me, and acting like I was simply trying to rub my weight loss in their faces. Needless to say, I won’t be posting there much anymore.
BTW here is the triple B working out, with a SxS from before..spot any differences?
Had a great WI this week, down another 2.4 pounds for a total of 81.6! It feels good to be moving toward my short term goal of 25% by my birthday in May. It feels great to be able to play with my son, and not be instantly out of breath!

I forgot to share this with all of you, the BigBonedBiker is doing a 5k this year. My wife and I signed up for the color run in August! I am excited, I have always wanted to do one and now I will! Wen the weather gets nicer I will start my couch to 5k program, and my goal is simply not to come in last. For those in Wisconsin, if you want to run on the triple B team just let me know! It will be in Milwaukee August 11th. As Dory on Finding Nemo says, just keep swimming or in this case just keep moving!
This is the triple B, I am holding a 3.4 pound roast. Why? Because that is representing my average weekly weight loss at this time!
Also had a major victory today, I shot some folks today! Oh, btw I played laser tag! The last time I did this was before my wedding, and it was ROUGH. I was hardly able to do anything, and was quickly out of breath moving around. Back then, I was about #380 and right now I weigh 352. That small amount made a huge difference, I was able to crouch walk(think swat style :-D) and go up and down the stairs without huffing and puffing for 5 minuets afterwards. It was an amazing time, we brought my niece and nephew and they couldn’t shut up about it the entire ride home; nor could I for that matter.
